## Account Terms

* You must provide accurate account information
* You are responsible for maintaining account security
* One person per account (no sharing)
* You must be at least 13 years old to use Flast

## Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flast for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

* Generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content
* Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
* Using the service to harm others or violate their rights
* Reselling or redistributing the service without permission

## Content Ownership

### Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Flast. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.

### Generated Content

Content generated by Flast in response to your prompts is yours to use, subject to these terms.

### Published Artifacts

When you publish artifacts publicly, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content.

## Service Availability

* We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
* We may modify or discontinue features with notice
* Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability

## Subscription and Billing

* Paid subscriptions renew automatically
* You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
* Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
* We may change pricing with notice

## Termination

* You may close your account at any time
* We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
* Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period

## Limitation of Liability

Flast is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

## Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
