Export all your data in JSON format: The export includes:

• All conversations
• Memory items
• Todos and prompts
• Profile information

Off the Record Mode

For conversations you do not want saved:

• Messages are not stored
• Content does not contribute to memory
• No history after the session ends

Enable Off the Record mode in the chat settings before starting a sensitive conversation.
