Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Different actions cost different amounts. Standard chat uses 1-5 credits, while image generation uses around 20 credits. Credits reset monthly.

Yes. Flast works in any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. There is no separate app to download.

Memory is a personal knowledge base where you store information you want Flast to remember. Memories marked as “Always” are automatically included in every conversation. This helps Flast understand your context without you repeating information.

Click on your profile in the sidebar, go to Settings, and select the Subscription tab. Choose Pro or Ultra and complete the checkout.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account downgrades to the free Starter plan.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. If you have a special circumstance, contact support.

Go to Settings and look for the data export option. You can download all your conversations, memories, and content as JSON files.

In Settings, navigate to the account section and select Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.

Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Make sure you have credits remaining.

Check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, try requesting a new code. Some email providers may delay delivery.

First, check if the feature requires a paid plan. Some tools like image generation are only available on Pro and Ultra plans. If you have the right plan and still have issues, contact support.
