Viewing Your Plan

Open Settings

Go to Settings from your profile menu.

Select Subscription

Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Here you will see:
  • Your current plan
  • Credit balance and usage
  • Billing cycle dates
  • Available upgrade options

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:
  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete the checkout process
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your existing credits are added to your new allocation.

Downgrading

To switch to a lower plan:
  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan features until then.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel:
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Account reverts to Starter plan
  • Your data remains intact
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Update your payment method in the billing portal.

Invoices

View and download past invoices.

Billing Portal

Access the full billing portal for detailed management.

Usage Tracking

Monitor your credit usage:
  • Current balance: Credits remaining this period
  • Monthly usage: How many credits you have used
  • Usage breakdown: Which features consumed credits

FAQ

What happens if I run out of credits?

Credit-consuming features are restricted until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Can I get more credits without upgrading?

Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. Upgrading provides more credits immediately.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
