Image Editing lets you modify images using natural language descriptions. Remove objects, change backgrounds, adjust styles, and more.
Image Editing requires a Pro or Ultra plan.

How It Works

1

Upload your image

Attach the image you want to edit to your message.
2

Describe the edit

Tell Flast what changes you want:
Remove the person in the background
3

Review the result

The edited image appears in your chat. Request additional changes if needed.

Types of Edits

Object Removal

Remove unwanted elements from images:
Remove the car from the street
Erase the text overlay from this image

Background Changes

Modify or replace backgrounds:
Change the background to a beach sunset
Make the background pure white

Style Adjustments

Transform the visual style:
Make this photo look like a vintage film photograph
Convert to black and white with high contrast

Object Addition

Add elements to images:
Add a coffee cup on the table
Put a sunset sky in the background

Color Corrections

Adjust colors and lighting:
Make the colors more vibrant
Brighten the shadows in this photo

Best Practices

Be Specific

The more detail you provide, the better the result:
  • Specify exactly what to change
  • Describe the desired outcome
  • Mention style preferences

Iterative Editing

Complex edits often work better in steps:
  1. Make one change at a time
  2. Review the result
  3. Request additional adjustments

Image Quality

  • Higher resolution images produce better results
  • Clear, well-lit photos are easier to edit
  • Simple backgrounds are easier to modify

Limitations

  • Complex edits may not match your vision perfectly
  • Very specific requests may require multiple attempts
  • Some edit types work better than others

Saving Edited Images

Edited images appear in your Library alongside the originals. You can:
  • Compare with the original
  • Download the edited version
  • Make additional edits
